Marc T. Adams, M.D. has been the Director of Radiation Oncology at Regional Radiology since 1991. He earned board certification in radiation oncology from the American Board of Radiology in 1990. He is a member of the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (ASTRO).
He has extensive experience in external beam radiotherapy of malignant disease including stereotactic radiation therapy, prostate seed implantation and IMRT. He has additional training in the use of superficial microwave hypothermia and interstitial/intracavitary brachytherapy, CT and fluoroscopic treatment simulation.
After graduating from Stanford University in Stanford, CA with a Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences, Dr. Adams earned his medical doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, AL. He was awarded several honors during this time, including the American Cancer Society summer preceptorship in Radiation Oncology from the Wallace Tumor Institute in Birmingham, AL and the Deans Letter of Commendation from the National Board of Medical Examiners. His post-graduate training included an internship and residency at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ.
Dr. Adams is an assistant professor of radiology at New York Medical College and is on the medical staff at Richmond University Medical Center."

Daniel Carfora, M.D. is board-certified in radiology with specialty training in general radiology, ultrasound, nuclear medicine and computerized tomography (CT).
Dr. Carfora obtained his medical doctorate from New York University Medical School after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Fordham University in the Bronx, NY. He completed his internship and general radiology residency at St. Vincent's Medical Center of Richmond on Staten Island.
Dr. Carfora has had extensive experience as an attending radiologist on Staten Island, including positions at Regional Imaging and Therapeutic Radiology Services, P.C., St. Vincent Catholic Medical Centers - Staten Island Region, Staten Island University Hospital and Richmond Memorial Hospital.
He has participated in the training programs for both radiology residents and technologists at Staten University Hospital and St. Vincent Catholic Medical Center.
