Ruwini D. de Silva, M.D. is board-certified by the American Board of Radiology as well as its English equivalent, the FRCR. An accomplished author and presenter with over 15 publications and presentations in the field, she specializes in breast sonography and breast biospy (stereotactic and sonograph-guided), reading mammography, galactography, general sonography, chest and abdominal CT, sonohysterography, and all aspects of GI and GU radiology.
Dr. de Silva earned her medical degree from the Welsh National School of Medicine in the U.K.
Her post-graduate education included a rotating internship at Cardiff Infirmary and University Hospital and a residency in pulmonary medicine. She also completed PGY III, IV, V and VI (equivalent to Fellow in the U.S.) in radiology and diagnostic radiology at Guy's Hospital and Nottingham University in England. She then completed a teaching fellowship in radiology and a residency/fellowship in ultrasound and CT at SUNY Health Science Center & Kings County Hospital, Brooklyn.
Dr. de Silva was the radiology residency program director at Sisters of Charity Medical Center/St. Vincent's Campus from 1990 to 1999. She is an examiner for the American Board of Radiology. In addition, she conducts regular conferences and quizzes for radiology residents in training at St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Center of Richmond and neighboring facilities.

Hank Freeman, M.D. graduated from Cornell University in 1995 with a B.S. in Business. He subsequently earned his medical degree from Temple University in 1999. His post-graduate training began with a medical internship at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Medical Center in Manhattan and proceeded to a residency in diagnostic radiology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Manhattan. Dr. Freeman completed a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional radiology at the prestigious Baptist Cardiac and Vascular Institute in Miami, Florida under the tutelage of Barry Katzen, M.D.
He is a member of the Regional Radiology staff, a practicing physician at Richmond University Medical Center, and an assistant clinical professor at New York Medical College.
Dr. Freeman is board certified by the American Board of Radiology in both Diagnostic Radiology and Vascular and Interventional Radiology. He has extensive experience in minimally invasive image guided surgery with specific expertise in vascular interventions. Dr. Freeman has published extensively in the interventional radiology literature.
Dr. Freeman lives in Short Hills, N.J. with his wife, who is also a physician, and two daughters.

Donna Marie Gallagher, M.D. is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology and the National Board of Medical Examiners. She specializes in woman imaging.
Dr. Gallagher earned her medical degree from New York Medical College after earning a B.A. in Chemistry from New York University. Her post-graduate training included an Internal Medicine internship at Staten Island University Hospital, Diagnostic Radiology residency at UMDNJ/Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and a Fellowship in Breast Imaging and Biopsies at New York University Medical Center.

Kumud Gugliada, M.D. completed an internship in pediatrics her radiology residency at The Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. She also completed a fellowship in body imaging at North Shore University Hospital/Cornell University Medical College in Manhasset, NY.
Dr. Gugliada is board-certified by the American Board of Radiology.
Dr. Gugliada was an attending radiologist at the All-India Institute of Medical Science from 1983-1985. After emigrating to the United States in 1985, she held positions at New York Medical College and St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Centers of New York - Staten Island Region.
